I’m Emily, a bilingual psychotherapist working with children, teens, and adults (5+). I support individuals who feel overwhelmed by anxiety, self-doubt, obsessive thoughts, or emotional patterns that feel hard to change and who are looking for practical tools alongside genuine understanding.

My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in evidence-based care. I combine client-centred empathy with cognitive and behavioural approaches such as CBT, ACT, ERP, and Motivational Interviewing, helping clients build insight while also developing skills they can use in daily life. Therapy with me is both supportive and active a space to process, problem-solve, and move forward with intention.

I have experience supporting concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, OCD, ADHD, eating disorders, and self-esteem challenges. I work to create a non-judgemental, confidential environment where clients feel respected, empowered, and understood.

Outside of therapy, I enjoy music, art projects, reading, and writing creative practices that inform my curiosity, flexibility, and connection with clients of all ages.

My name is Emelie and I am glad you’re here! I am passionate about supporting individuals on their journey towards healing and self-discovery. I work with adolescents, adults, couples and families, helping them navigate a variety of concerns such as trauma and abuse, childhood trauma, anxiety, interpersonal relationship, eating disorders, OCD, ADHD, life transitions and stress/burnout. I draw from a mix of approaches such as dialect behavioural therapy (DBT), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and Polyvagal theory while tailoring my methods to meet each person’s needs! My goal is to create a safe and supportive space while developing a genuine connection.

Outside of therapy, I enjoy hiking, spin-class, exploring new restaurants and playing with my chihuahua, Mimi! Hi there! I’m Sara - a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the CRPO. With my background as a Yoga Instructor as well as a Teacher of students with ADHD and Autism, I bring a unique blend of insights to my practice. I am passionate about meditation, animals, and empowering marginalized identities.

My therapeutic approach centres you. I help my clients explore their experiences to find a sense of clarity that brings relief. In my work with teens and adults (12+), I integrate a variety of therapeutic techniques tailored to each person’s needs and preferences. These may include EMDR, CBT, DBT, psychodynamic therapy, and mindfulness. This flexibility allows me to support individuals navigating the challenges of anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, relationship issues, self-esteem concerns, eating disorders, OCD, ADHD, trauma, and more.
